Leadership TrainingSetting up a coaching program • Step 1: determine who you want to coach • Step 2: invite those who you want to coach through an e-mail, letter or personal phone call • Step 3: establish ground rules and time frames for coaching • Step 4: find a format for each call that you can follow • Step 5: ask great questions

Leadership TrainingStep 1: Who should you coach • Do you want it for them more than they want it for themselves? • Do they take their business seriously and are ready to take it to the next level? • Are you willing to play “full out” during your coaching? • Will they respect you and your time by showing up for their coaching in a big way?

KEY: pick out a couple of questions from wach section

Leadership TrainingStep 5: Ask Great Questions • How do you want your life to be? • What are you willing to do about it? • Are your current habits, actions and behaviors congruent with your vision? • How are you doing this week? • Is there anything your should be doing that you are not doing?
