It is also full of some pretty bad ab exercise equipment also. Unfortunately for some of the bad ones, you may end up injured. But the good ones are outstanding, fortunately.<br><br>We agree with the general idea, that spot reduction doesn’t work, but we add it doesn’t work as INTENDED.<br><br>Spot Reduction will work, but only at the very end of getting that six pack. Getting that last fat loss to go from 5% body fat to 4% body fat. Otherwise, there is just too much fat on the body for any spot reduction to actually work.<br><br>And while it seems like it is “spot reduction”, what it really is is that tends to be lost (and gained) on the belly first and foremost. So the last fat you will lose will be around the belly.
