  2. Cut Aflas Gaskets Solve Oil Patch Service Applications. The term Aflas Gaskets is a trade name of Asahi Glass., LTD. Aflas is a unique material which is the result of the combination of materials including fluoroelastomer which is made using an elastomer and TFE/P. In other words, it is a blend of rubber and plastic. In an oil patch application where steam is being applied for production secondary recovery, Aflas holds up better than other elastomers. This has been tested and proven by Chevron / Mobil. We have produced Aflas Gaskets to solve many chemical applications, therefore it is extremely useful in the chemical and petroleum industries. It has high electrical resistivity, oil resistance, as well as heat and chemical resistance.TEMPERATURE RANGE: -20°F to 400°F

  3. Genuine GrafoilGaskets Grafoil® Gaskets – Grafoil® was the first fluid-sealing material of its kind, as it is a product of flexible graphite with outstanding capabilities. It’s created solely from pure, natural graphite flake. Grafoil® has the ability to withstand applications involving heat, fire, corrosion and aggresive chemicals. The capabilities of Grafoil® have made it the most universally applicable sealing solution available on the market today. Despite the extreme environments this material is repeatedly exposed to, Grafoil® products consistently provide a tight seal time and time again.

  4. Die Cut Gaskets and Material Options Expanded PTFE Gaskets Expanded PTFE is an FDA approved sealing material. It’s a very clean material originally used in the semiconductor industry. It’s also a very easy material to cut. A razor blade cut’s it easily so it’s handy to have some ePTFE gasket material on hand. We, of course, are happy to cut your gaskets for you. ePTFE cuts accurately on our laser, and just as well on our knife-edge CNC dieless gasket cutter. Expanded PTFE seals quicker, with less torque, is easier to cut, better, with reduced cold flow. Any form of PTFE gasket sheet is great for making gaskets intended for chemical applications, food, and beverage gaskets. It is capable can serve in temperatures up to 600°F Peaks.
