  1. Developments of Building for Residents Developments of Building for Residents A green building certification scheme utilized all around the world is called Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). The non-profit U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) created a set of rating systems for the design, building, use, and upkeep of green homes, neighborhoods, and buildings to assist building owners and operators in being resourceful and environmentally consciously focusing on energy modeling rather than real energy use and is a design tool rather than a performance monitoring instrument. As a LEED Consultant in UAE, I know it has been criticized for lacking climate specificity and for having a point system that might promote poor design decisions. Applicants can develop energy models to earn credit points. A baseline building at the same position with the same geometry and occupancy is represented by a second model, whereas the first model portrays the building as it was intended to be. In our understanding as a LEED Consultant in UAE, the standard specifies standards for the kind of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system, as well as wall and window specifications, depending on location (climate) and building size. This enables comparison with a focus on elements that significantly affect energy use. The amount of points earned for this credit is inversely correlated with the estimated energy savings. This approach has drawn criticism for being unable to estimate real energy use. A paradigm for creating more environmentally friendly structures is called Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). In our opinion as LEED Consultancy in UAE, LEED certification promotes the development of buildings that are not just energy-efficient but also comfortable for residents and have the least possible impact on the environment. It is an ever-evolving set of principles for architects and designers. The influence of the LEED program's environmentally conscious criteria on the construction industry cannot be overestimated, even if it is challenging to pinpoint how successfully it has achieved its sustainability aims. A standard for the design and construction of greenhouses and buildings, LEED certification has been adopted internationally by tens of thousands of projects. Additionally, it serves as a badge of distinction for the recipients' organizations.

  2. The LEED certification system is primarily appealing to professionals in the construction sector. They include leaders from the corporate sector and government, as well as architects, real estate agents, facility managers, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and construction managers. We believe as a LEED Consultancy in UAE, municipal governments have adopted LEED for the sustainable design of public buildings in addition to commercial structures. Federally owned new construction and significant restoration of buildings must adhere to LEED Gold criteria, according to the U.S. General Services Administration. Being a LEED Certification consultant in UAE, I know A building must achieve particular performance standards in several categories, including Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality, and Water Efficiency, to receive LEED certification. These categories involve a variety of sustainability and efficiency measures, such as the use of water- and energy-efficient systems, low-impact materials, natural light, and fresh air. Overall, LEED aims to increase the sustainability of buildings by creating performance standards that construction projects must fulfill to be certified as well as by praising and recognizing buildings that have attained high levels of sustainability and efficiency.
