Not striking the right balance between professional and personal life is one of the main cause of anxiety. It seems like it is an unavoidable aspect in today’s fast paced and highly competitive world. Studies have found that men these days are suffering from lack of sleep, drug addiction, alcoholism and other. The pursuit of perfection, long working hour along with the general state of happiness of an individual adds to the anxiety level. The healthy lifestyle combined with the awareness of the root cause of the same is an effective way to deal with the pressures of life. The best way to deal with the situation is to manage your work in such that you complete it on time. Start the work early in the morning with a fresh mind.
