  1. Elastostar Rubber Corporation manufactures standard for silicone rubber sheet is compact, translucent, 60 shore silicone although we can manufacture any type of molded silicone sheet in size 500mm x 500mm from 2mm up to 25mm thickness, in hardness from 20 to 80 Shore A in any basic color or any custom colors. We can manufacture silicone rubber sheeting in any of the following qualities: standard insulating silicone (VMQ), conductive silicone, vapor resistant silicone, fluorosilicate (FVMQ), very high temperature silicone (THT), very low temperature silicone (PMVQ), platinum silicone, FDA approved silicone for foodstuff contact (CFR21 section 177.2600), and medical-grade silicone complying with USP class VI.

The main applications for solid silicone rubber sheetare through the different cutting processes, the manufacturing of silicone gaskets, die-cut flat gaskets, food contact approved silicone seals, although it is also used as vacuum membrane in lamination industries of different materials, manufacturing of transport belts for high temperature applications such as heat-shrink ovens, non stick liningson any type of surface, such as cooking sheets in foodstuff industries, cutting of rectangular silicone profiles for heat-sealing, high temperature resistant support for T-shirt printing, etc.

  3. Our Braid Reinforced Silicone Hose/Tubingis an open mesh polyester braiding incorporating with the walls of silicone tubing. Our Products enables silicone tubing to handle increased pressure applications and offers exceptional resistance to temperature extremes and is made from FDA-sanctioned ingredients. Braided Hose, also allows excellent bend radii and permits installation in restricted spaces with impeding flow. Elastostar Offers peroxide cured product and Platinum Cured Products which contains no sulfur or other acid producing chemicals, inflatable rubber seal, which eliminates the possibility of corroding, staining, or deteriorating other materials it contacts.
