  1. Adaption Of Campus Management System A Erp Sotware is an impetus for the implementation of enterprise systems at Higher Education Institutions (HEI) – so-called Campus Management Systems CMS. The implementation of such enterprise systems leads to a change of organizational structures. This is a challenge especially for HEIs. As the communication and the flow of information are essential in such projects, we explore aspects that have a negative impact on the information flow. Considering the specific organizational structure of HEIs, it is important to understand the specific, decentralized organizational structure and to assign tasks and roles to adequate employees that are ‘professionals’ or that are supported by ‘professionals’. For This we Need TO conducted an exploratory case study at Many Campuses involving more students . Although an agreed-upon understanding of the notion of Campus Management System is still missing, there are three characteristics for CMS A CMS follows the principles of integrated application systems as ERP systems, A CMS is specifically designed as standard software A CMS covers all operational as well as all business intelligence functionalities for institutions in higher education. Adaption Of Cms in Campuses: Information Technology applications play a significant role in any organization or company They are controlling robots, helping in healthcare and commerce they have also reached higher education in recent years under the name of Campus Management System which basically are Enterprise Recourse Planning (ERP) programs for institutions The CMS improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall organization and ultimately improves the quality of teaching and learning. ... ...
