Espresso is a coffee fussy high sung Italian cousin. It can be made easily by mixing one and a half teaspoon of coffee in approx. 60 ml of hot water. It also comes served in an oversized novelty mug with steamed milk, foam, whipped cream and chocolate. They are made from super roast dark oily coffee beans. 5. Macchiato:- It’s also known as stained/marked coffee. Preparation of this kind needs two mixtures: the first is sweetened milk and the second mixture is a simple combination of coffee and water. The milk used here should always be lightly foamed, after boiling it for a few minutes. Going ahead, to make this, mix coffee in water. Simmer this on an absolute low flame and allow it to simmer. The mixture needs to be nice and concentrated. Stir this well, allow it to dilute and come to a boil. The first layer that goes into the serving cup is of the milk, followed by that wonderful milk foam and then goes the coffee syrup. Source: Different Recipes of Coffee by Evoragreens

  9. Cappuccino:- Take an equal amount of instant coffee and sugar in a mug. Add 1 tbsp of cold water. Next, with the help of a spoon, cream this till this mixture becomes nicely smooth and almost frothed. Keep beating the mix vigorously for 8-10 minutes to get a good consistent smooth batter. Next, heat the milk at a temperature soothing you. While boiling the milk, it’s important that you scum all the cream that rises on the top. Lastly, add the beaten coffee to your coffee mug, top it with milk, stir it and top this up with a little more hand-beaten coffee. Source: Different Recipes of Coffee by Evoragreens
