Affordable Multi State CGHS homes in Delhi under MPD-2021 As there is the need of around twenty-four lakh housing apartments in Delhi, apartments are required for accommodating around two million people. MPD 2021 aims at covering the gap in the demand for housing apartments in Delhi. Henceforth, residential projects are being initiated under the land pooling scheme with the property developers offering homes at reasonable rates. This serves as the perfect solution for the people of Delhi. According to a professional team’s assumption, approximately 24, 000 hectares of land needs to be developed on the form of the residential township under MPD 2021 for dealing with the problems of top quality residential space.
