5 Day Detox Plan


Step 1

  • Eat no red meat/processed foods

  • Try organic fruit and vegetables

  • Restock your kitchen with health foods

  • Legumes,sprouts,grains,seeds and grains

  • Using organic fruits and vegetables

  • Extract using a juicer to get vitamins

  • And bioflavoin/minerals

  • Store in the fridge for up to 3 days

  • Keep filtered water ice cool

  • No caffeine,sugary drinks or alcohol

  • Drink vegetable juice and water only

  • To stay on the 5 day detox

  • Warm lemon water before breakfast

  • Drink it during your day

  • Quarter of a lemon in each glass

  • Sip it throughout the day

  • Brush your skin daily
