DECCANEW- CNC MACHINING MANUFACTURERS IN INDIA

CNC machining is a manufacturing process that employs computerized controls to operate and manipulate machine and cutting tools in order to shape stock material, such as metal, plastic, wood, composite, etc., into custom parts and designs. The coding that makes it possible for a CNC machine to mold metal parts into shape is complex, as the engineers who have undergone CNC machine training will testify.

  1. DECCANEW- CNC MACHINING MANUFACTURERS IN INDIA CNC machining is a manufacturing process that employs computerized controls to operate and manipulate machine and cutting tools in order to shape stock material, such as metal, plastic, wood, composite, etc., into custom parts and designs. The coding that makes it possible for a CNC machine to mold metal parts into shape is complex, as the engineers who have undergone CNC machine training will testify. CNC machining is one of the industry's most critical functions, from computer parts and fasteners to automotive parts and aerospace components. Without the high-tech technology specific to CNC machines, it would be almost impossible to produce different components seen on everyday household products. While the CNC machining process offers different capabilities and procedures, all of them remain largely the same as the fundamental principles of the process. The basic process of CNC machining comprises the following steps: www.deccanew.com sales@deccanew.com

  2. •Designing the CAD model •Convert the CAD file to a CNC program •Prepare the CNC machine •Run machining At Deccan Engineering Works, we’ve specialized in the making high quality CNC Machining, precision machined parts, fabricated mechanical assemblies and special testing equipment across the length and breadth of India. For over 35 years, we have been providing customers in a wide range of high-tech industries with precision CNC machining services. Our CNC machines are programmed to the exact specifications of each customer by our expert team. Our engineering team is one of the industry's most trained technical teams. TYPES OF CNC MACHINING OPERATIONS CNC machining is ideal for a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, construction, and agriculture, and capable of producing a variety of products, such as vehicle frames, surgical equipment, aircraft engines, and hand and garden devices. The process includes several different computer-controlled machining operations including mechanical, chemical, electrical, and thermal processes which remove the material required for the production of a custom- designed part or product from the workpiece. While there is a later section covering chemical, electrical and thermal machining processes, this section explores some of the most common mechanical CNC machining operations including: • Drilling • Milling • Turning. CNC DRILLING Drilling is a machining method that creates cylindrical holes in the workpiece using multi-point drill bits. For CNC drilling, the CNC machine usually feeds the rotating drill bit perpendicular to the surface plane of the workpiece, creating vertically aligned holes with diameters equal to the diameter of the drill bit used for drilling. CNC MILLING Milling is a machining process that uses multi-point cutting tools that rotate to remove material from the workpiece. Usually, in CNC milling, the CNC machine www.deccanew.com sales@deccanew.com

  3. feeds the workpiece to the cutting tool in the same direction as the rotation of the cutting tool, whereas the machine feeds the workpiece in the opposite direction to the rotation of the cutting tool. CNC TURNING Turning is a method of machining that uses single-point cutting tools to remove material from the spinning workpiece. In CNC turning the CNC machine usually feeds the cutting tool along the surface of the rotating workpiece in a linear motion, extracting material around the circumference until the desired diameter is reached, creating cylindrical parts with external and internal features such as holes, tapers, and threads. Over the past 35 + years, having served a wide range of customers across the industrial sector, we understand the importance of producing things on time and exactly to the requirements of the customer. We recognize that customers often have concerns about the different aspects of CNC machining by the same token. At Deccan Engineering Works, we make it a point to answer all questions about the pieces and parts we prepare for customers. Another extension of our skills here at Deccan Engineering Works is our experience in the various CNC machining equipment and methods, from lathes and saws to routers and turning centers. In addition, our reverse engineering service enables us to modify parts for pre-existing or obsolete products. For more information about our machining capabilities, visit our website.
