  1. Deborah Cohn Trademark: Trademark Expert Deborah Cohn is a trademark attorney who is also the Commissioner of Trademarks for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). She is actively in charge of over hundreds of employees, many of which are attorneys themselves. She is a trusted expert on the subject and is held in the highest esteem among her colleagues as an authority in trademark law. Deborah Cohn is retiring in January, 2015.
