  2. Alcohol testing at School • One of the practices done to ensure safety among students by is conducting alcohol testing. It will determine students who go to school under the influence of alcohol and therefore prevent future troubles

  3. As a teen, here are some guidelines for you to stay safe from alcohol testing

  4. Effects of too much alcohol • Think of the things that could possibly happen when you drink too much alcohol. • Alcohol poisoning • Sleeping disorders • Other people taking advantage of you • Accidents

  5. Choosing friends • Be with people who admire and respects your decision even when you refuse to join them. Besides, a good friend won`t get you in trouble

  6. Stay firm • Be true to your words. When you say no, don`t take it back. Once you decided on how you are going to manage alcohol drinking, stay firm with your words even around peer pressure

  7. Keep Celebrating • Well it doesn`t mean that you stop celebrating. You can still of course go to parties, just be aware that too much alcohol is not advisable, regardless of your age. Aside from hard liquors and getting wasted, enjoy some fruit juices instead.

  8. Alternatives • If you`re thinking that you`d like to unwind and celebrate, why not think of other kind of fun without getting alcohol involve. Maybe playing outdoor games, watching movies together or going shopping
