  2. Cynthia Spalding has earned more than 23 years of experience as a professional attorney. Before becoming an attorney, she worked as a worker’s compensation specialist for the State of California and at the Employment Development Department for 13 years where she gained interest in law. Then, she decided to pursue a law degree and also cleared the bar exam in first attempt.

  3. Being an experienced law professional, she started advocating clients, particularly unemployed and disabled workers at her own law firm. With time and skills, she has widened her clientele network to deliver timely services to her clients. She has exceptional ability to keep her clients informed about the status of the case and also uses the advanced technology for reliable services and to ensure excellent litigation support for them.

  4. Cynthia Spalding has been practicing law for over 23 years and has represented over 1200 Worker’s Compensation Disability, Social Security Disability, and Bankruptcy cases. Moreover, she has appeared before many of the Administrative Law Judges at Social Security hearings in the Southern California area. She considers clients as her priority and does every possible effort to win their cases. She has sound knowledge of various procedures and is well-versed in many complex dealings.

She worked in partnership with Thomas Spalding and started her professional career at the Paralegal Law Office of Norman Gillette (1997 - 1988). She also worked with the many other reputed and renowned firms. In 1994, she worked for Spalding and Gerber, as an Associate Attorney.
