be recognized across the globe, it is not surprising that

employers seek to project a specific image. The idea is

to focus on recruiting candidates, who possess the

of the organization but also projecting the right set of

values amongst the target audiences.

participants felt that the “Employer Brand” had a

strong and significant influence on the candidates.

While 38% of the participants felt that it did not have

any discernable influence on the candidates only 2%

thought that it affected the candidates in a negative

manner.

Over the past several years, there has been a significant

organizations. Today, there is a greater diversity in the

According to the survey reports modern business

organizations have 80% women and 51% minorities

working at C-level, while these numbers go up to 83%

and 43% respectively for manager and director

positions.

When it comes to having a greater diversity at board

levels,
