  1. AVOID CERTAIN FOODS You have to avoid these foods like nuts, sticky candies, popcorn, bagels, and more. Because they get easily stuck in the braces and cause irritation to your gums.

  2. RINSING It is necessary to rinse the mouth properly as gums can get inflamed during orthodontics. Rinsing will keep your mouth clean and gives great support to oral health.

  3. CARE FOR RETAINERS Clean your retainers at least once a day, if you are not sure, ask your orthodontist about the best method for keeping your retainers clean and fresh.

  4. BRUSH YOUR TEETH You need to brush your teeth after every meal carefully. Because food can easily get trapped, which can lead to tooth decay and even it could damage your braces.
