  5. Our Services One-Day Abortion Two-Day Abortion Most of our patients can return to work or school the day after the procedure. We encourage our patients to return to the office in two weeks for a follow-up visit. Contraception will be discussed. BAC specializes in second trimester termination of pregnancy(late abortion). In general, this procedure requires a two-day visit to our office. Patients will get supportive care in a nonjudgmental environment. Abortion Pill Do you need to have an abortion and don't have medical insurance? We offer both the early option pill also known as the RU486 (Mifeprex), approved by the FDA in October of 2000 or the injection Methotrexate as choices for non-surgical termination of pregnancy. We offer emergency medicaid, same day.
