  1. Shilajit -Why It is Termed as a Rejuvenator in Ayurveda? What is Shilajit? Shilajit, also known as salajit, shilajatu, mimie, or mummiyo is one of many herbo mineral formulations commonly used in much Ayurvedic medicines- a healing science that originated thousands of years ago in India focusing on restoring and balancing the mind, body, and spirit. Shilajit is a black sticky substance primarily found in the Himalayan mountain range developed from the slow decomposition of plants over centuries. This blackish-brownish resin is abundant in minerals, compounds, fulvic acid, and humus acid having numerous benefits and has positive effects for your overall health, immunity and wellbeing.

  2. Various Forms of Shilajit Natural Resin Form: The unrefined form is the purest of all but is difficult to store and use. Shilajit resin looks like a waxy substance, dark brown in color and is so sticky and if frozen to store becomes so hard. Liquid Shilajit: It has a semi-thick consistency resembling a dark and shiny version of carrier oil like hemp oil which could be added to your favorite drinks, hot or cold.
