  2. The life of conveyor belts can be increased through vulcanization joints. The physical and mechanical attributes have to be the same or close to the rest of the conveyor belt. The rubber matrix and embedded metallic insertions work in tough operating conditions and hence joining takes place in optimal conditions. The type of the rubber conveyor belts are taken into consideration and is reinforced with embedded metallic insertions.

  3. The rubber products are used in varied industries and are manufactured in requested sizes. The products have big or small dimension and it determines the purpose of vulcanization, as it is a method of joining products to get the desired dimension. The product categories include conveyor belts for raw materials when the distance is larger than the usual fabrication of conveyor belt lengths.

Vulcanization is used for conveyor belts of specific significance, particularly those with high mechanical properties with structurally different insertions and their properties are based on adhesion rubber insertions. The conveyor belts are used for equipping large capacity conveyors working under heavy conditions. It also calls for good breaking strength, flexibility and high reliability. The wear of rubber is a major problem faced by conveyor belt systems and vulcanization is the ideal solution.
