  2. Why it is not good? Resting for a long time is not good for a lot of reasons like: • You will be really lazy • By staying lazy, you will never experience anything new • It will make you have severe fever • You will always be grumpy • You won’t have a lot of knowledge for you will be relaxing all the time. • You will get sick because you wouldn’t have done any exercise so all of your body would be asleep • You won’t have the opportunity to communicate with relatives/friends

  3. How to avoid this? You can Avoid this by: • Exercising (Walking if it isn’t possible) • Always moving/stretching your body after every hour • Try not to sleep after eating for there will be problem in digesting food So now it is your choice now that you know laziness does and how to avoid it.

  4. My suggestions My suggestions are that we should rest, yes that is ok but you must do it for only little time and you then you must do some of the things which are above. Thank You and please be careful!!!
