Men's health - Get rid of the sweating problem

Sweating at the gym is great, but it's a problem when you sweat even at

your workplace or at home. Most of the men can relate to this problem of

sweating a lot. It is not just the sweat that makes you uncomfortable, but

the body odor that comes with it affects your social life as well. There are

times when you can't remove your suit or jacket because of the sweaty

clothes. This is absolutely natural and you need not worry much about it

now as there are many ways to control it.

this problem. You need not go any extra miles for this as it can be done

through some basic and natural ways. Here are the points that can help

you stay cooler, drier and sweat-free.

1. Less spicy food

Our lifestyle and diet contribute a lot to our health. It is scientifically

proved that spicy food is one of the main reasons of sweat. This is

because spice and things of this sort create mild warmth in your body.

3. Fabric of clothes

The fabric of the cloth that you are wearing can't reduce the secretion of

sweat. However, a lightweight and airy fabric can wick away the moisture,

thus, keeping you dry and cozy. The retention of sweat is another reason

for the uneasiness and body odor. So, make sure that you use natural

fabric like cotton. This applies to men's underwear as well. The sweaty

privates add to the discomfort by causing chafing and rashes. You can use

men's brief when you are your workplace and jockstraps during the

providing best ever ventilation.

4. Avoid alcohol and tobacco

Toxins like tobacco and all adds to the problem. Smoking and drinking

5. Stay fresh

Use powder and men's cologne appropriately. Bathe every time you come
