Blepharoplasty • Blepharoplasty, also known as eyelid surgery, removes excess fat, muscle and skin from the upper and lower eyelids for a firmer, more youthful-looking eye area. • Dr. RamiBatniji of Newport Beach, California, is a board-certified otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon with particular expertise in blepharoplasty.
