  1. What Type of Adhesives Are Used in The Bag Packaging? Specialized adhesives, known as bag and sack adhesives, are utilized for bonding and sealing bags and sacks made from different materials such as paper, plastic, and woven materials. Their primary function is to create a durable and dependable bond, guaranteeing the integrity and security of the bags and sacks throughout their transportation and storage. What glue is used for paper bag packaging? There are two main categories of glues: natural glues and synthetic glues. Synthetic glues include adhesives made from PVA/EVA, for example. On the other hand, natural glues, also known as Bio-adhesives, are derived from organic sources. Commonly used ingredients for natural glues are starch-rich products like wheat, corn, and potato. Both natural and synthetic adhesives, like paper straw adhesives, can be used for paper bags. However, natural glues have the advantage of being sustainable and often biodegradable. Paper bag packaging adhesive plays an essential role in the production process of paper bags. The two types of paper bag glues will be introduced below.

  2. Hot melt adhesive for paper bag packaging Before usage, hot melt adhesive must be heated using a hot melt gluer. The introduction of this machine caters to the demands of automated paper bag production. Depending on the surface treatments of various paper materials, the characteristics of the hot melt adhesive can be modified to suit specific requirements. Consequently, it becomes feasible for a single brand to offer multiple models of hot melt adhesives designed for paper bonding. Workers could directly operate the gluing machine during the adhesive application process. This overall gluing procedure is safe, convenient, and environmentally friendly. Water-soluble adhesive for paper bag packaging Water-soluble adhesive, alternatively referred to as water-based adhesive, is well-suited for the bonding of specialized paper, gold cardboard, gray board, and other types of gift paper bags. It is composed of a film-forming substance that can be dispersed or dissolved in water. This adhesive possesses desirable qualities such as resistance to frost and high temperatures, making it extensively utilized in the manufacturing and printing product paper bags, gift paper bags, and packaging cartons. Paper bags serve many purposes, ranging from retail to the food industry, and must adhere to rigorous standards regarding strength and longevity. The role of adhesive in paper bags is crucial and can significantly impact their quality. Hence, selecting the finest bag adhesives can undoubtedly make a substantial difference to the overall excellence of the bags.
