CONSULTATION & DESIGN • Consultation & Pool Design • We work very closely with our clients, architects and landscape designers to ensure your pool requirements meet your overall project concept, budget and time frame. • At this meeting we are generally able to give you feedback on cost, design and consent process and overall project time frame. • The following are other items that will most likely be required by council to be addressed at the time a building consent is lodged: • Geotechnical report to determine ground stability • Topography and contour plan with pool location shown • Location of pool fencing and fencing type along with complying fixing details • Location of public services if any • Location of backwash drainage

THE CASCADE POOL • This pool is constructed using galvanized steel wall panels around the pool perimeter, steel reinforcing is placed vertically into the wall panels and horizontally along the top of the wall panels forming a very strong structural bond beam around the entire perimeter of the pool.   4. THE SHOTCRETE POOL The shotcrete pool (sometimes referred to as a sprayed pool) is constructed using steel reinforcing rods tied together to form a cage like structure. When all reinforcing is tied this structure will resemble the skeletal frame of the pool which then has concrete applied under pressure to encase the entire cage with concrete. The concrete mix is a very stiff mix when applied under pressure and holds in place long enough to allow our builders to form the pool to the required shape. Once the concrete shell has dried and cured the interior finish (Marble, Quartzon or Hydrazzo) can be applied, the pool filtration plant installed and commissioned and the pool filled ready for use.
