  2. Ski mountains have a trail maps that allows skiers to decide what trails they want to go down. They are usually color coded so that skiers can ski down hill that are at their skiing level. For example green marked trails are known as easy hills, blue marked trails are for intermediate skiers and black marked trails are for advanced skiers.

  3. There are many ski resorts that are connected to ski mountains. Here is an example of a room at a resort in Whistler, Canada. Skiers can stay at these resorts that are very close to the mountain. They wake up, put on their ski equipment and walk to a ski lift. It makes it very convenient for skiers.
