  1. It is generally recommended to go for a regular eye-checkup at least once a year, problem or not. However, not all of us are so considerate to go for an eye checkup regularly. We only get ready to act when some problem arises. It is then that we rush to find a doctor to solve our problem. But, this is a wrong practice.
