Best Female Dancer In India Lavya Khanna

Lavya Khanna was born on 21st April 2004 in Ambala City, Haryana. She is the Indiau2019s best female dancer. Lavya started with hip-hop and western dance forms, but gradually she realized that she is made for classical and folk dance. In 2015, at the age of twelve, she joined Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kendra to pursue a 6 years course in Kathak. Lavya has participated in many competitions to showcase her dancing skills and got recognition. Until now, Indiau2019s best dancer has received 7 National awards. She recently won 1st prize in the National level Dance competition in May 2021 from Rajasthan.

  2. ON APRIL 21, 2004, LAVYA KHANNA WAS BORN IN HER MOTHERLAND IN AMBALA IN HARYANA. • THE TALENTED GIRL WAS A BRILLIANT STUDENT AT ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL IN AMBALA.

  3. SHE BEGAN DANCING IN CHILDHOOD. • THE SKILLED CHILD IS ALSO FOND OF DRAWING, PAINTING, RANGOLI MAKING AND OTHER CREATIVE ARTS.

  4. LAVYA KHANNA LEARNED HIP-HOP AND WESTERN DANCE FORMS. • THEN, SHE WAS ATTRACTED TO CLASSICAL AND FOLK DANCE.

  5.  IN 2015, THE GRACIOUS LADY STOOD 2nd in Haryanvi Solo Dance. • THE EMERGING DANCER ATTENDED SATYUG DARSHAN SANGEET KALA KENDRA FOR PURSUING KATHAK IN THE SAME YEAR. 

  6. LAVYA KHANNA TOPPED THE EXAMINATION OF KATHAK OBTAINED 95 MARKS OUT OF 100. • AT THE INSTITUTE, HER GURU, ANJU MIGLANI, ENCOURAGED THE STUDENT TO BE A SUCCESSFUL, EXPRESSIVE AND RHYTHMIC DANCER.

  7. IN 2016, SHE WON 1ST PRIZE IN A SOLO DANCE COMPETITION. • THE CLASSICAL DANCER OBTAINED A GOLD MEDAL AT COLOMBO, SRI LANKA, IN 2017.

  8. THE STAR PERFORMER REACHED THE THIRD POSITION IN THE STATE LEVEL DANCE COMPETITION, ACHIEVING THE GOVERNOR’S AWARD IN NOVEMBER 2017. • WOMEN AND CHILD WELFARE MINISTER OF AMBALA WAS REWARDED LAVYA KHANNA IN 2017.

  9. HER TALENT MADE HER WIN THREE NATIONAL AWARDS IN THE YEAR 2016 AND THE NEXT THREE IN 2018. • IN 2018, LAVYA KHANNA ACHIEVED 1ST PRIZE IN A SOLO DANCE COMPETITION AND RECEIVED THE AWARD FROM UDAY SACHDEVA, DID FINALIST.

  10. LAVYA WON THE KARMAVEER CHAKRA AWARD INSTITUTED BY ICONGO IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE UNITED NATIONS ON OCTOBER 12, 2019, AT IIT , DELHI. • THE SKILLED ARTIST IS AN INSPIRATION FOR ALL CHILDREN OF HER AGE.
