What is iFEEL? iFEEL (Institute for Future Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership) is located at Lonavala. iFEEL provides the right environment for students who aspire to study management concepts. iFEEL was established in the year 2010. It is a brain child of Dr. Sanjay Salunkhe and the Retail King, Mr. Kishore Biyani. Welingkar Institute of Management (WeSchool), being the Mentor Institute of iFEEL, is one of the Best Management Institute in India. This modern day business school provides practical oriented management programs. The residential campus at Lonavala is spread across several acres of land. iFEEL’s mantra is to nurture its students and equip them with the knowledge and skills needed to face real-world challenges. Hence, a lot of emphasis is given on Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation-based training-led approach. 2

  3. Program and Certifications Programs Offered iFEEL offers 2 year full-time AICTE and DTE approved Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). Milestones Achieved Ranked 1st in the IIT Bombay National Entrepreneurship Challenge, 2015 an 2017. Megha Choukse, a student of iFEEL, was placed among the Top 5 positions in Summer Internship Competition, 2016 by e4- Corporate Nominee Category. Sparsh Johari and Riti Bhadani (Students of Batch 2015-17) secured the first position at the National Level Case Study Competition, conducted at the School of Petroleum Management, Gandhinagar, 2016. Top B- School in India for Leadership & Entrepreneurship Development by 22nd BSA & Dewang Mehta B- School Award, 2014. iFEEL was ranked 2nd among Emerging B Schools, West Zone for its Infrastructure and Innovative Teaching Techniques by the Times B School Rankings, 2014. Best B- School in developing Entrepreneurs and Leaders in India by world Education Congress, 2013. 5

  6. Internships and Placements iFEEL students have been placed in India and overseas. Some of the companies are Amul, Goldstar Jewelry Pvt. Ltd., Bank of India, LnT, SBI Life, Bharat Forge and so on. The placements for iFEEL are audited by CRISIL. Its placement record has been 100% since its inception. The placements for batch 2015-2017 are also going in full swing. Some of the key point regarding placements: ITC has hired student from iFEEL for the first time. Amazon had come to the iFEEL campus for a position in Operations with a package of 14 LPA Hafele India had come for a position in HR with a package of 10 LPA. ICICI Bank came to iFEEL for the first time and picked up nine students from Finance and Marketing. ICICI Securities has picked up eight students from iFEEL. TATA AIG hires from iFEEL. Reliance Retail has come to the campus to hire for Operations. Ador Powertron has come to hire for Operations too. 6

  7. Selection and Admission Process for iFEEL The student must be a graduate with minimum 50% marks from a recognized college or university. 7
