  2. Let me tell you guys about our last deal.  It was a Probate deal, the seller had inherited a house in Oakland and needed to sell it fast! The house was old and quite frankly ....uninhabitable. Here are some pictures of the last house we bought in Oakland! Last House we Bought was Rough! Needed a new.....everything!

  3. Sandy had been named “executor” of her brother Damon’s estate. That was the information I had just received over the phone.
