Email templates help the users to type less and send better and faster mail. To use this feature of Gmail you can follow the steps provided by Gmail support number New zealand. Enable Message Templates In Gmail

1.Open your Gmail account and in your Gmail’s toolbar click on the gear icon of ‘settings’.

2.A drop-down menu will appear and click on the ‘Settings’.

3.Go to the ‘Labs’ tab.

4.Here, make sure that for the ‘Canned Responses’, Enable is selected.

5.Finally, click on the ‘Save changes’ button.


Save A Message As Template In Gmail Some Step


Step 1

First, make sure that the ‘Canned Responses’ is enables in your account.


Step 2

Now, compose the message in Gmail.

•You can leave the signature if you want it to appear in the messages you sent using the template.

•‘Subject’ and ‘To’ field can be leaved empty. They are not saved together with the template.


Step 3

At the bottom of the message you will see a toolbar. Here click on the ‘More Options’ on the downward pointing triangle.


Step 4

Now, a menu will appear in which select the ‘Canned Responses/New Canned response present under save link.


Step 5

Type the desired name for your template.


Step 6

Finally, click on the ‘OK’ button.
