The rules under this department aids in confirming the authentication of the contracts between the tenants and the landlords. The Ejari fees is of around Dh195. Security deposit A 5% fees on the annual rent is charged by the Dubai Municipality and added to the Dubai Electricity & Water Authority bills (Dewa).
