Do Not Get Carried Away by Bacopa Formula - This Is Only One Side of the Story

There have been a few studies that evaluated the effects of evening primrose oil on childhood ADHD, and the results show improved attention and hyperactivity ratings. However, these studies used evening primrose oil together with omega-3 supplements, which makes it difficult to determine which of the two was responsible for the improvements. What we do know is that evening primrose oil is an excellent supplement for other ADHD herbal remedies. It causes no side effects and has no known allergic reactions.<br>

  1. Do Not Get Carried Away by Bacopa Formula - This Is Only One Side of the Story For several decades now, researchers have been following the connection between omega-3 fats and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children. Studies show that children with ADHD also have low levels of omega-3 fats docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), due their preference for foods that contain little or none of these nutrients. When you learn about the functions of omega-3 and ADHD, the connection becomes clear. Omega-3 fats make up 60% of the brain's structure and are critical to various brain functions. A deficiency in DHA and EPA results in cognitive problems like faulty working memory, verbal recall, and logical reasoning. Furthermore, omega-3s are considered "essential" because they cannot be manufactured by the human body. The only way we can get omega-3 fatty acids is through our diet, but it is well known that the typical modern diet lacks long-chain fatty acids and other important nutrients. ADHD diets for kids often include fatty acid supplementation to make up for the lack in today's foods. Although these nutrients can be obtained from fish oil capsules and flaxseed, did you know that evening primrose oil is also an excellent source of these healthy fats? Evening primrose oil is extracted from the seeds of herb called oenothera biennis. These seeds are a rich source of gamma linolenic acid or GLA, a rare essential fatty acid found typically in human breast milk. When metabolized by the body, GLA gets converted to prostaglandin E1, which is then used for important biological and neurological functions. GLA is actually part of a fatty acid family called omega-6. Normally, experts discourage consuming omega-6 fats because their pro-inflammatory actions prevent the body from utilizing what little DHA and EPA it receives. But unlike most omega-6 fatty acids, evening primrose oil has anti-inflammatory abilities that do not interfere with the body's absorption of omega-3 fatty acids. It causes no side effects and has no known allergic reactions. Experts recommend giving children a daily dosage of a capsule with 2-4 grams of primrose oil, standardized to have 8% GLA content. More severe symptoms will require higher doses. Before giving primrose oil to your child or taking any for yourself, consult an alternative health care practitioner for advice on dosage and other natural treatments for ADHD. Omega-6 supplements should never be given if your child tends to get seizures. https://healthcaredevotee.com/curcumin-2000-review/ https://healthscrutiny.com/inteligen-review/ https://healthinfluencer.net/flotrol-review/
