If a project, a task, is presented to an individual this entity must first understand the PURPOSE behind it. What is its intent, what is it meant to accomplish? Once that is understood, and the project is accepted, the administrator, the one ultimately responsible for all that follows, must formulate a PLAN as to how to make this project a reality. What steps to take, what resources to use? Find those willing to assist with the work, fill the different administrative posts, take responsibility for this or that aspect of the project? The administrator must also consider what interactions, what impacts, whether inherent to the project itself or external to it, must be considered and included in the planning? Then the BUILDERS must be contacted, the plans presented and assembly begins. This basic process applies whether a city or a Solar System is under consideration. Relative to our planet the administrator is the one called Sanat Kumara. Our Planetary Hierarchy is responsible for implementing the PLAN and the Devas are the great BUILDERS. Occultism enables the reader to understand our planets organizational structure, who’s responsible for what, the fundamentals as to what is going on here and those responsible for the different aspects of planetary governance. It also gives information as to the relationships which exist between our Planetary Administration and contacts external to our planet. 2). Occultism is very ancient; it long predates our planet and Solar System. It has had ages to be refined and perfected. Adaptations are necessarily needed for each individual project. Our scientists say ALL is substance, not true. There are varying types of LIFE which manifest through substance. There will always be this duality, substance and that which is evolving by mastering its use! All forms are useless without an animating LIFE. The LIFE persists regardless of whether it is in or out of a particular form. The form has no PURPOSE unless there’s a LIFE associated with it. Occultism has a few things to say about this LIFE. Whether discussing a Hydrogen atom, a planet, Solar System or beyond, to a degree. Our Solar System is part of a greater system which includes Sirius, the Pleiades, the Great Bear and others.
