In this, you can set the reminder for the same amount of payment charge automatically from the customer in the interval of time on a regular basis 1.From the “+” button open the Sales Receipt 2.Enter the new customer or choose from the existing one 3.Now click on the Product or services provide to the customer and choose the credit card as the mode of payment 4.After that, select the option Make Recurring 5.Type the name for this and then schedule it by selecting the schedule as the type 6.Now provide the time of interval for charging the customer via QuickBooks 7.Then enter the date of Start to charge automatically and also the occurrence of this payment 8.After all this, click on the option Save Template to save all this things 9.Now for making all this legal, send the authorization form to your customer to sign it and give them permission to charge payment automatically for the mention time period.
