Hella 5DC009285-00 Xenon Ballast is factory fitted on Porsche Cayenne car with D1S 35W Gas Discharge Bi-Xenon headlights. If the car main or high beam stops working, or xenon lights are creating problems. It simply means the xenon ballast has failed and needs to be replaced. Dealer software is used for coding after replacement.

  2. About Product : 5DC009285-00 Xenon Ballast is factory fitted on Porsche Cayenne cars with curve lights AFS and D1S 35W Gas Discharge Bi-Xenon headlights. If xenon lights are showing errors, where the main beam or high beam stops working, or xenon lights are shutting down. Then first, check the D1S xenon bulb, second, check the fuse, and last, check the AFS-GDL steuergerat module unit. Finding module unit failure, replace it with a new AFS-GDL Steuergerat 5DC009285-00. This ballast has built-in adaptive cornering light function. Reprogramming of the control unit is required with dealer software.
