Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE)

The Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) is a national level exam conducting for engineering courses. The AEEE is affiliated with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University. It is in the list of best engineering institutes in India which pushes students to learn more practical knowledge. AEEE has total 117 centers in all over India. Exam occurs in both IBT and CBT based mode with a total of 150 minute exam duration with 100 MCQ questions. For AEEE exam applicant must be born before 1st July 2000 should apply.

Introduction There are so many institutes in India that provide engineering and very few colleges or universities provide good engineering education where they learn all the theoretical and practical knowledge of engineering. One of the best engineering colleges is Amrita school of engineering. It is affiliated with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University. To check the ability of a student it conducts the entrance exam called AEEE ( Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam). AEEE is the national level exam. Candidates who qualify for the AEEE can only proceed to take admission to the Amrita School of Engineering. Every year many students appear for the AEEE and deserving candidates get the chance to take admission in various courses offered and fulfill their dreams or take a step ahead towards their bright future in Amrita school of engineering on its different campuses. There are 4 campuses of Amrita School of Engineering which are in Amritapuri, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore. The latest updates of AEEE come on the official website amrita.edu. All the candidates fill the application form to take admission in B.Tech. The applicant must visit the site constantly to gather the information timely. As the pandemic has made many exams dates delayed. Therefore, the contestants should check the dates properly.

  3. AEEE Eligibility Criteria Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University releases the eligibility criteria for AEEE on the official website. Candidates can visit the official site to know about the criteria for AEEE. If a candidate meets all the requirements given on the website then only he can sit for AEEE otherwise he will get disqualified. The eligibility criteria are given below : Nationality Candidate must be an Indian citizen. Qualification •For appearing in AEEE, an aspirant should have passed 12th class or a student who is about to give his 12th exams or his result is awaited. He can also apply for AEEE but he has to submit some documents on or before the date. AGE •Only those students can apply for the exam who was born on or after July 1, 2000. If anyone was born before 1st July 2000 and applied for the exam then his form will get disqualified.

  4. AEEE SO EXAM SYLLABUS The syllabus of AEEE will carry topics from Chemistry, Physics, and Maths. A candidate gets the questions in an exam which he already studied in chemistry, physics, and maths in his 11th and 12th standard. It’s important to solve sample papers of AEEE as it will help in the improvement of time management skills, accuracy, speed, and efficiency of the candidates. Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham releases the AEEE syllabus in online mode. AEEE SO EXAM PATTERN Before the initialization of exam preparation, a student needs to see and understand the exam pattern thoroughly so that he can prepare it with the exam format. the administration conducts AEEE in two different ways: Computer Based Test (CBT) and IBT (Proctored Internet Based Test). The AEEE is multiple-choice questions (MCQ) based. Previously it had only 60 questions and aspirants were given 1 hour 30 minutes to complete it but according to the AEEE 2022 notification the exam will contain 100 questions (MCQ) and a candidate gets 2 hours 30 minutes to complete it. The AEEE will be for 300 marks and for the correct answer a person will get 3 marks for each question and if the answer is wrong then 1 mark will be deducted. The distribution of questions are given below : •Physics: 30 questions •Chemistry: 30 questions •Mathematics: 40 questions AEEE exam centers There are many centers in India where AEEE is going to be held.   5. AEEE Admit Card To appear in the AEEE, candidates should have a valid admit card issued by the university. Aspirants have to keep in mind that candidates should have their admit cards otherwise they can not sit in the exam. Candidates who registered for the AEEE computer-based test should complete the slot booking process to generate the AEEE admit card. An individual should start the slot booking process for AEEE by using their application number and date of birth. After logging into the account, select the test center, test date, and test slot then submitting all the details, the AEEE admit card will be generated. After some time candidates can download their admit cards.

  6. AEEE Result AEEE results will be announced on the given date and they will announce all India ranks secured by students. Students will get to know their scores and rank on the result website. To check the result a candidate needs to log in on the official website and provide the login details. After submitting and logging in, a candidate can check his score. And candidates have to print his result for the future.

Aspirants have to go through the following step by step procedure to check AEEE 2021 Result: •Candidates will go through the website of Amrita University (amrita.edu). •Then they have to click on the link provided on the website as AEEE Result 2021. •Now candidates have to enter their application number and date of birth then Verify the given details and submit them. •Afterward, the result will be shown on the screen. •A candidate needs to download and print the result.

Documents required for registration Candidates should keep the following documents before filling AEEE 2021 Application Form: 1.candidate should have his Class X mark sheet as proof of the date of birth. 2.He needs to have a Class XII mark sheet to prove his eligibility for the exam 3.aspirant has to have a valid email ID and active mobile number for communication. 4.student needs his recent color passport size Photograph of 150 X 200 pixels. 5.He has to upload the signature as well. That’s why he has to Sign inside a box on a blank white paper with a black ballpoint pen. The signature image should be of maximum 20KBs in size having 150 X 100 pixels. 6.A candidate should have Bank Details for application fee payment. 7.Category Certificate for candidates belonging to a reserved category. Online registration process The candidate has to log in to the official website then he has to create his login ID and password after that he can start the procedure of application.

  9. Important FAQ Q. Are the dates different for the online mode and offline mode of the exam? A: no, the dates will be the same for the online as well as offline mode. Q. If a candidate fills something wrong in the registration process can he edit it? A: No, a candidate can’t edit or change the information after confirming. A: a candidate needs to secure a 60% aggregate in chemistry, maths, and physics. Q. Is there any negative marking for the incorrect answer? A: Yes, there is a negative marking. If the answer is correct then the candidate will get 3 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each negative answer.
