  1. How to make successful Advertising company

  2. Definition of 'Advertising' • Advertising is a means of communication with the users of a product or service. • Advertisements are messages paid for by those who send them and are intended to inform or influence people who receive them, as defined by the Advertising Association of the UK.

  3. Introduction • Advertising is always present, though people may not be aware of it. • In today's world, advertising uses every possible media to get its message through. • It does this via television, print (newspapers, magazines, journals etc), radio, press, internet, direct selling, hoardings, mailers, contests, sponsorships, posters, clothes, events, colours, sounds, visuals and even people (endorsements).

  4. Outdoors Advertising • Outdoor advertising works well for promoting your product in specific geographic areas. • While billboards, bus benches, and transit advertising can be very effective for the small-business owner, any successful outdoor campaign begins with your own location's signage. • Your outdoor sign is often the first thing a potential customer sees. Your sign should be sufficiently bright and conspicuous to attract attention (without being garish) and sufficiently informative to let prospective customers know what's sold there.

  5. Billboards • Billboards are most effective when located close to the business advertised. • Because of their high cost, they're usually used to reach a very large audience, as in political campaigns. • They're likely to be too expensive for most small firms, and some communities have strict ordinances governing the placement of billboards. • In Vermont, for example, they're prohibited.

  6. Bus-bench advertising • Bus-bench advertising is an excellent medium because it's highly visible, like a billboard. • Essentially, bus-bench advertisers have a huge audience, held captive at red lights or in slow-moving traffic. • An account executive of a Los Angeles-based bus bench manufacturing company said that an advertisement on one bus bench at a busy Los Angeles intersection would be seen by 35,000 to 50,000 people per day.

  7. Roadshow Advertising • Typically, roadshows are half-day events that bring customers, prospects, and partners together for thought leadership, product demonstrations, and networking. Many companies do roadshows for a variety of reasons. • For Marketo, the roadshows bring marketers from around the globe into the Marketo Marketing Nation.

  8. Conclusion • Make it a point to Make your ads creative. Create a theme that could help establish your brand, and then run with it. • Don’t be afraid to stand out against the competition. • In the saturated world of advertising, this is the best way to make your particular ad memorable.
