  1. It’s Time to Read about a Great Sales Operations Analyst: Aaron Dungca

  2. To acquire good knowledge in any profession, a person needs to focus on the key aspects. Key aspects include various things that help a person to grow more strategically. It also guides an individual to look for different opportunities to achieve more. Similarly, Aaron Dungcais one such person who achieved immense knowledge in different fields with his uttermost zeal and hard work. 

  3. He began his career as a physical education teacher in the year 2010 and was responsible for managing various designs and implementation of different physical education courses for students. He also successfully managed and successfully negotiated funding, resourcing, and course logistics with main stakeholders for guaranteed best-in-class program delivery. 

  4. Later in the year 2015, he started to work as Operations Manager and successfully coordinated more than 400 weekly guest reservations through Kronos Point of sales application. He also ensured sufficient staffing and the recruitment of new staff members. Aaron also assisted in the troubleshooting of employee timesheets to make sure proper payment. 

  5. After this, he began to work as a content marketing associate in the year 2018, and at this job he was responsible for the management of client inquiries on project deliverables, service executions, deliveries, and vendor pricing. Along with this, he also worked as a technology associate and was responsible for new technology gaining and company integration processes. He also created company security protocols to improve protection for clients and optimize employee communication.  With his understandings and knowledge, he also integrated the Citrix Sharefile encryption platform with the help of ProSeries tax software to allow the secure transfers of important documents to and from participants that boost productivity by 100 hours per month. Dungca also coordinated with the owner of the company for new business development through different client services up-sell, the addition of QuickBooks software to new customers.  

  6. Aaron Dungca also secured company password storage and generation by installing LastPass software for all the employee workstations. He coordinated client appointments, vendor purchasing, and deliveries of office supplies as well. A year later, he decided to change his field and began to work as a digital radiography sales operations analyst. At this job, he managed a sale strategy for ultrasound and digital radiography in 12 months of employment. He also spearheaded the restructuring of daily organizational operations, communication with the sales operations director. 

  7. Aaron Dungca is also responsible for managing and distributing $5k + monthly commissions and bonuses to national clinical application experts during business reorganization and expansion. He is also responsible for assisting team-based ad-hoc unit upgrades with the help of service technicians and engineers, ensuring timely schedule shipment to customers which led to the increased productivity by 15%. 

  8. Aaron Dungcain his career always focuses on finding new opportunities to gain more. In the last 10 years, he gained valuable experience by working in different organizations at different posts. Currently, he is working as a Digital Radiography Sales operations Analyst and has become a reputed name with his extraordinary skills and knowledge.
