  1. Gas Cutting Machine Cut Sheets of Thickness Ranging From 0.5mm to 250mm Gas Cutting Machines are machines that employ a fuel gas in combination with oxygen to cut material, usually a metal. Because these machines take advantage of oxygen for the cutting process, they are also known as oxy-fuel cutting machines. These machines may be used for cutting low carbon steel, where in fact the carbon content is restricted to 1/10th to 3/10th of 1%. When oxygen comes to steel under high temperature, it undergoes rapid rusting i.e. gets burned. Before the cut may be made steel must be heated around 1800°Fahrenheit.this is also known as kindling temperature. Only at that temperature steel readily reacts with oxygen. The whole principle behind gas cutting could be the chemical reaction between oxygen and steel. The usage of Gas Cutting Machines is very minimal in this region as manufacturing industries have shifted to alternative technologies to improve the quality of products and to lessen the operational cost in the manufacturing process. Also the use of all cutting machines allows the automation of manufacturing processes, thus leading to higher efficiency and lower energy consumption. Therefore, these benefits allow products to be manufactured at lower costs, which enables companies to compete better at the global level. Read More: http://bit.ly/3v6EP2V
