  1. Microbial Identification Our excellent microbial identification platform aims to identify microbial species efficiently and economically in a fast high-throughput, and simple manner. At the same time, it ensures high accuracy and high sensitivity. The detection technology is a standard method for rapid and accurate identification of microorganisms, which can be used for clinical and laboratory microbial identification. Our Advantages: Timeliness and accuracy • Aseptic operation during the experiment • Simple operation, automation, and high-throughput • Detection of unidentifiable microbial strains • Meets the requirements of clinical identification and scientific research • Tell Us About Your Project We are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, listening to customer requests and being reachable at all times. 2. Our integrated microbial identification platform is dedicated to providing high-throughput and accurate microbial species identification service by utilizing a combination of approaches including sequencing, microarray, immunology, and biochemical analysis. Users only need to provide samples to be identified, and we will present the test results containing comprehensive and specific species information in the shortest possible time. The technology of sequencing is to amplify and sequence bacterial 16S rDNA or fungal 18S rDNA/ITS fragments by PCR, and compare the results with public databases for classification and identification purposes. Microarray is an effective and fast microbial detection method through hybridizing tested microbial DNA to species-specific oligonucleotide probes. ELISA is a common immunological approach for microbial detection based on specific interaction between antigens and antibodies. We also perform fatty acid analysis and metabolic analysis to detect known microbial species. All of these approaches are validated and effective, and the combination of approaches is based on your specific samples. Microbial identification is important in quality control, contamination detection, root cause analysis, and microbial studies. Therefore, microbial identification has been widely applied in a wide range of fields, including clinical settings, agriculture, environment, laboratory and institutions, pharma, as well as food & beverage, cosmetics, and breeding industry. Microbial identification can also be used in clinical diagnosis and treatment due to their significant roles in human health. Microbial Identification Workflow Based on your submitted samples, we will choose appropriate combinations of methods from PCR and sequencing, immunology, microarray, and biochemical analysis, to obtain high-throughput and accurate microbial identification.

  3. Figure 2. Our workflow for microbial identification generally includes sample collection, DNA extraction, PCR production sequencing, basic result report and reports based on users’ needs. Our microbial identification platform allows both short-read 16S/18S/ITS sequencing by next-generation sequencing technology and full- length 16S/18S/ITS sequencing by PacBio SMRT technology, both of which are validated by Sanger sequencing and q-PCR with genus- and species-specific primers. This platform can be used for both prokaryotic diversity analysis and eukaryotic diversity analysis based on the role of 16S and 18S/ITS as the molecular marker in prokaryotes and eukaryotes (especially fungi), respectively. Bioinformatic Analysis to Identify Microbe Our bioinformatics analysis includes these parts: routine identification analysis, ordination analysis, diversity analysis, composition analysis, classification and statistical analysis. For advanced bioinformatics analysis in detail, please refer to the following table. Sample Requirement
