Before you wear a pair of anklets, you should read the following dos and don’ts of wearing an anklet : Differentiate right and left anklets: While wearing an anklet, you should make sure that you are wearing the anklet pieces on the right leg. If you do not wear the anklets on the right side then it would look very odd and in case others notice your mistake then it would be a very embarrassing situation for you. Choosing the right material: You should also choose the material of the anklet carefully. You should choose a material that looks very elegant to wear but does not hurt your ankles. One anklet that you could choose is a silver black thread anklet as silver is a very elegant-looking material

Choosing the right color: You should also choose the color of the anklet properly the anklet that you are choosing should match the color of the clothes you are wearing so that the anklet does not look odd. You could choose a black thread anklet for nazar as black is a classic color and it can also be considered to be an auspicious color for jewelry in India. Position of the anklet: Some people prefer wearing the anklet loosely on their ankles, letting it rest gently on the tops of their feet. Whereas others choose to keep the anklet in a more snug fit and have it placed tightly around their ankles. It is up to you what you prefer, but the best option to choose is in the middle. If the anklet is too loose then it would move away easily. On the other hand, if you wear it too tightly then it can put marks on your skin and could even hurt the skin.
