Enter Safe Mode: First, you should click on the Start button. Then, you have to click on the Power button, and then hold Shift on your keyboard and after this, select Restart from the menu. Here, you should select Troubleshooting and then choose Advanced Options and then click on Startup Settings, and then you have to click on the Restart button. When your PC restarts, then you will see a list of options. At last, you should select Safe Mode by press the key. 2. If Task Manager starts, you should go to the Startup tab. Now, a list of all startup applications will display on your computer system. In case, there is any suspicious items, then just right-click on it and just select Disable from the menu. To remove suspicious applications, you should press Windows Key + I key in order to open the Settings app. After this, you should go to System and then select Apps & features. Now, the list of all installed applications will display on your screen. Here, you should select the problematic application and then tap on Uninstall option. The user can uninstall applications by using Control Panel, you should press Windows + S key and then type Control Panel and press Enter key. At this point, you should go to Uninstall a program under Programs and then choose the application which you want to remove and then select Uninstall/Change from the menu. 4. Reset Windows 10: For this, you should open the Start menu, and then tap on the Power button. After this, you should hold down Shift and then select Restart from the menu. If in case, you cannot access Window 10, then restart your PC. Now, you should choose Troubleshoot and then Reset this PC and after this, select Remove everything. At this point, you must insert Windows 10 installation media. Here, you should select your version of Windows and then select Only the drive where Windows is installed option and Fully clean the drive option.
